1. Sterling Silver jewelry and components will tarnish with wear and exposure to air so keep your jewelry in the original box, which contains an anti-tarnish cotton insert.
2. Do not allow your jewelry to come into contact with harsh chemicals or cleaners.
3. Keep your jewelry stored in dry environments. Humid storage areas will cause your Sterling Silver jewelry to tarnish quickly.
3. Apply makeup products, perfumes and/or lotions before putting on your jewelry as the chemical components of your makeup may degrade your jewelry overtime.
4. You may also use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish for your Sterling Silver chains or components.
Our jewelry items are all handcrafted in our studio. Shipping and handling typically takes 2-3 days from the time of purchase. We are constantly creating new product so if you need your order rushed, simply call and let us know. We may have inventory for the item(s) you want to purchase.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the time of purchase on all unopened product in its original packing material. Contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery if you need to return any part of your purchase. As soon as the item(s) are received by our store, your account will be credited a full refund less shipping. You are responsible for all shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will apply to all handcrafted items.
You will receive a 100% refund or store credit on any damaged or broken product you receive. Simply contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery to let us know. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Your account will be credited the full purchase price, less shipping, as soon as we receive your return.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged during the shipping process. Contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery if you need to return your purchase. As soon as the item(s) are received by our store, your account will be credited a full refund less shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift certificates and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
