What are my ordering options? 

We want you to have an easy shopping experience without the headache and hassle of trying to figure out how to navigate our website or payment buttons. Therefore, we offer three purchase options. You may order online, via email or by phone.

Online Ordering

To order online simply go to Shop NI and select the item(s) you want to purchase. Select your colors from the options listed and click the "Add to Cart" button. You may continue showing or view your cart at anytime by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page. When your shopping is complete click Shopping Cart to checkout and pay for your purchase.

Email Ordering

To place your order via email simply contact our customer service department at customerservice@giftofni.com. Make sure to include the product name, color(s), quantity, and any special instructions. You will receive an order confirmation and purchase invoice via email within 24 hours. Confirm your order by making a payment by following the instructions contain in the email. Your order will be processed in 3-4 business days following your payment receipt.

Phone Ordering

To place your order by phone, please call our customer service department at 1-540-394-1447. A NI customer service representative will input your credit card information into our PayPal payment account system and provide you with an order confirmation number. None of your credit card information is retained or saved in our system.

All of our payment options are safe and secure. We do not have access to your credit card or financial information. All payments are made via Shopify payment options  or PayPal, which are trusted and secure sources for all our of our business transactions.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Our jewelry items are all handcrafted in our studio. Shipping and handling typically takes 2-3 days from the time of purchase. We are constantly creating new product so if you need your order rushed, simply call and let us know. We may have inventory for the item(s) you want to purchase.

Custom designs typically take 5-7 days from the time of purchase and are non-refundable. 

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. You can choose standard shipping (5-7 days), priority flate rate (2-3 days) or express shipping (1-2 days). Receive free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

What is your return policy? 

A happy customer, is a returning customer. We want you to be happy! Therefore, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the time of purchase on all unopened product in its original packing material. Contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery if you need to return any part of your purchase. As soon as the item(s) are received by our store, your account will be credited a full refund less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. 

You will receive a 100% refund or store credit on any damaged or broken product you receive. Simply contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery to let us know. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Your account will be credited the full purchase price, less shipping and a stocking fee, as soon as we receive your return.

All custom orders are non-refundable. 

Is your jewelry safe to wear? 

As with any adult jewelry, items sold on this site are not toys or intended for children under the age of 13. We use genuine Swarovski Crystals to handcraft our unique designs. Swarovski's crystal manufacturing process chemically binds lead oxide to the crystal matrix to produce a high quality, long-lasting treasure. The crystals are completely safe to use in adult jewelry but not suitable for children's jewelry.
